SELAMAT HARI GURU

Aku tengok vision HM kat both school IN Saujana Utama ni nampak very good and very forward looking.....tapi mungkin excell dalam akademik aje...mungkin dalam bab utk sport excellence ini mungkin kurang diberi tekanan. Secara overall pun most of the complaints is on how to organize/send the school team for tournament etc..we are not talking about winning the tournament but these is a basic task... how to send school team for sport tournament....

I think thats are few reason for lack of excellence in sport in SMKSU/SKSU :

1. Majoriti gurunya adalah perempuan...tak de cikgu yang betul2 passion to train the student.

2. PIBG/Parents not encourage the school to excellence in sports...its exam oriented school..everyone want their kids just excell in the exam..

3. Their Head MAster AND HeadMistress.... may be not interested in sports..

4. PIBG supposed to lantik volunteer dari kalangan penduduk SU...utk train their student,,,..ramai di kalangan penduduk yg aku kenal dari boarding school spt from V.I, SDAR, MCKK etc yg excellent dalam sukan...beside training we should give 'brain' for the student.....boleh melantik sukarela sukan utk train budak2 tu...insya' Allah..ramai yg sanggup..

5. Lack of sport facilities.....yg ni perlu minta peruntukan dari JPS atau PIBG boleh dahulukan...

Apa yg perlu kita ingat...sekolah yang hebat...perlu excellent in both..ACADEMIC AND SPORTS

Ini cuma my personal opinion...i know...bahu...berat pikul bahu...ish..lupa le..berat pikul...AAAA dah ingat...BERAT MATA MEMANDANG..BERAT LAGI BAHU YANG MEMIKUL...betul tak cikgu..

Hopefully warga pendidik SMKSU/sksu yg baca forum ini tidak terasa hati dengan pendapat saya di atas....( I don't think they will read these forum...they not even have the internet line in their school...he..he..)
